IMBA-SORBA West Georgia is proud to announce its new bike patrol. The patrol was originally started in 2013 with only the Patrol Director, Wes Allen, and has quickly grown to six patrollers with more expected to join.
The new patrol group will enhance the local community of trails in Cobb, Douglas, and Paulding Counties. These trails are Allatoona Creek, Mt. Tabor Mountain Bike Park, Clinton Nature Preserve, Boundry Waters, Paulding Meadows, and the Silver Comet Side Trail.
The patrol group was assembled for the first time at the chapter Bike Rodeo and Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day event on June 7th, 2014.

Most recently, the group patrolled the chapter’s Summer Solstice 5K and 6 hour endurance race.
The MTB Patrol would like to thank our sponsor, International Freight Forwarders Inc. for their donation and support that helps us support the trails!
