Very good condition. I taped it up with clear protective tape as soon as I took it out of the box. The only scratch on it is on the inside of the left chainstay from a faulty sram hub that loosened up and let the wheel fall out of the drop out. Everything on this bike has been upgraded. The only thing that is stock is the frame and fork. I am a part time mechanic and this bike has been maintained obsessively. I really don't want to sell it but it just hangs. This is by far the fastest bike I have ridden. It turns faster than a 26 and sticks in the corner like glue.
