Tuesday & Thursday Night Rides at Lakeside

Rides roll out 6:30-7:00 and parking will be at the Resource Managers office as this parking lot is lit. Since participation has been low it is best to post here if you'll be joining in so I know to be looking for you.

Fridays are bad for me. My next available day would be Sunday afternoon. If I can make it I'll be sure to post back and send you a PM.

The trails are in great shape and just got a cleaning in preparation for the upcoming race. The lower power line area is a problem spot however and recently got driven on by some large utility trucks which didn't help things any.

Thanks, what time in the afternoon approximatelly? Have to discuss with my wife and not sure if she is going to be happy as I am currently seeing her only on weekends. I've never ride that trail so I don't where is the power line. I've seen the trail map though. Do you anybody who might be able to ride Friday after 6:00pm? I am looking at riding the 10 mile loop in around 1hr, if possible.

I'll see if I can find someone riding Friday and let you know ASAP.

The main loop is 8.3 miles. There is another section being built that adds another 1.25 miles or so but if your getting in a pre-ride you may not want to ride that. It is obvious that it is new so it should be easy to avoid if wanted. Most of the trail is easy to follow but there are a couple unmarked intersections that give folks some trouble especially with the new stuff. We're working on rectifying that situation but that doesn't help you much now does it. :?

Organized group rides no longer happen on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
