1. Monthly membership meetings are help at 7pm at Atlanta Bike Tech (http://www.atlantabiketech.com). 2nd Monday of the month

2. Sope Creek phase 2 is in full swing. Work parties are planned for:
April 17
June 5
July 10
Registration will be available on our website calendar

3. We are proud to announce that we will be working with the Atlanta Falcons and the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta on an after school mountain biking program this Fall.

4. Plan now to attend the Aug 27 Friday night baseball as the Atlanta Braves take on the Florida Marlins. You can get into the game for FREE if you help SORBA Atlanta with the 50/50 Raffle to raise money for more and better mountain biking in the metro Atlanta area.

5. We will be building a beginner loop at GIHP in the coming months and enhancing the trails at Atlanta Beach in Stockbridge.

Do you want to help but aren't sure how? We need people with varying skill sets to help with fundraising / grant writing, land manager correspondence, leading group rides, and more! Contact us at sorba dot atlanta at gmail dot com.

Is this going to be a Trips for Kids ride? Glad to hear someone is taking advantage of the NFL and Boys and Girls Clubs affiliation to promote a life sport like mountain biking! This also fits in with the NFL Play 60 campaign so it sounds like a win-win.

Yup, it will be a T4K deal. to my knowledge, GS is doing the same thing in the spring.
