Found- rear road wheel on Ga. 400

My brother found a road wheel on Ga. 400 recently. This is a nice wheel that seems to be in surprisingly good shape, but don't get too excited, it's not some Zipp $2,000 wheel. Send me a private message with details, including below, and we’ll figure out a way to get your wheel back to you.
