Planning on hitting these two trails this weekend. Anyone have any recommended tent spots near either of them that would be convenient. I dont mind being off the beaten path.

Reason being, both parks are full pending any cancellations.

The fall Tallulah releases start weekend so finding camping may be a little difficult.

Lake Rabun Beach recreation area. Never camped there but it's in between both.

My friend just camped in Unicoi and said that have this grove of huts that is just awesome. It is called the Squirrel's nest. It is a group of open air shelters, link: http://www.unicoistatepark.org/unicoi_camping.html

The link also leads to other camping there too but my buddy really remarked on how cool this place was.
