Signing in for the first time?

Current Members:

1. Refer to your email from noreply@hivepass.app with information on your new account in the SORBA App.
2. Upon logging in, select “I forgot my password” to receive a password reset link to your email.
3. Update your password and log in to manage your SORBA chapter membership.
4. Just like that, you’re in the app and continue to support your local chapter AND SORBA. You can start enjoying all of the benefits that brings.
5. Your information will be transferred over to the new system (name, address, etc.). This is a good time to review your contact information and make sure everything we have in the system is current. We WILL NOT transfer your credit card information as we do not keep this information on file.
6. When it comes time to renew, please continue to support your local chapter and SORBA by entering your payment information and choosing your preferred membership type.

New Members:

1. Select ‘Create Account’ and choose the SORBA Chapter you wish to join. Not sure which chapter is local to you? Check out our Chapters Page to find your new favorite trail advocates!
2. Enter your information and create a password, then select ‘Create Account’.
3. Select your membership package (if you’re signing up the whole family, have their details ready).
4. Enter your personal details and select your membership type. You can add a donation at this stage too if you like. All donations go directly to your local chapter!
5. Pay securely using a credit or debit card.
6. Just like that, you’re a member of your local chapter AND SORBA. You can start enjoying all of the benefits that brings.
